With over 15 years of experience as a teacher and teacher-educator, I have a deep understanding of the challenges and pressures faced by those working in education. Throughout my career, I have supported teachers, school leaders, and education professionals in developing their skills, enhancing their wellbeing, and creating impactful learning environments. My work has included mentoring and coaching educators, designing and delivering professional development workshops, and leading initiatives to improve collaboration and resilience within schools.

Building on this experience, I now specialise in coaching, training, and wellbeing workshops that empower individuals to thrive—both personally and professionally. I combine my expertise in education with a holistic approach to wellbeing, helping clients build resilience, manage stress, and create sustainable habits for long-term success.
