Why coaching?
Coaching is often confused with mentoring. If you want someone to tell you what to do or someone who is an expert at what you’re going through - you need a mentor. But if you truly want to find your own answers, to learn how to trust yourself, to learn the questions you need to ask, then coaching is the right path for you.
The hard truth is, no one else has the answers. You do! You just sometimes need someone to help you find them.
